Obituary for

Sarah Kozlowski

 Funeral services for Sarah Ann Kozlowski, 64, of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, were held 10:00 A.M., Thursday, February 3, 2000, at the Full Gospel Church in Locust Grove.  Reverend Mildred Hutchinson officiated with interment following in Hogan Cemetery near Locust Grove.  Services were under the direction of Locust Grove Funeral Home.  Hours of visitation were Tuesday from 4 P.M. to 9 P.M., and Wednesday 9A.M. to 9P.M. at the funeral home.

 Mrs. Kozlowski was born July 22, 1935, in Hazen, Pennsylvania, to Donald Amos and Ethel Helene (Ewing) Williams.  She passed from this life on Saturday, January 29, 2000, at her home near Locust Grove.

 She grew up in Pennsylvania, but spent most of her life in Buffalo, New York.  She married Eugene Kozlowski on November 7, 1975, in Buffalo.  They came to the Locust Grove area November 1, 1983.

 She was a dedicated homemaker who devoted 45 years of her life raising her own children and many others.  She enjoyed cooking, canning, and baking at home.  She also liked playing Nintendo and going out to play bingo.  She enjoyed the time she spent selling real estate in Buffalo, but most of all she loved being with her grandchildren.  She attended the Full Gospel Church in Locust Grove.

 She is survived by: her husband, Eugene, of the home; 3 sons: Robert Thomasula and wife Irene of Buffalo, New York, Daniel F. Kozlowski of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, and David E. Kozlowski, stationed in Korea with the US Army; 2 daughters: Victoria Poczkalski and husband Kenneth of Buffalo, New York and Michelle L. Thomasula of Atlanta, Georgia; 4 brothers: Donald, Daniel, David, and John, all of Pennsylvania; 3 sisters Patricia Hirsch and husband Lee of Buffalo, New York, Cindy Carnahan and husband Randy of Brockway, Pensylvania, and Jacqueline McLaughlin and husband Kevin of Hazen, Pennsylvania; 8 grandchildren; other relatives and a host of friends. 

She was preceded in death by: both parents; 1 son: Michael Kessler; 1 sister: Gwendoline Gatti; and 1 brother: Dwight Williams.
